Our New Home!
We've purchased a building!

When I say "we" it really means "you"! This is your new center!
Through the kindness of your donations and support we have purchased a real home for Kadam Dharma in Orlando. The monthly mortgage payment will be a little less than what we have been paying in rent, the new building has two bathrooms, lots of on-site parking, a shady yard for a meditation garden, and a real, honest to goodness kitchen.
Formerly called the "Melody Manor" the building was the home of Orlando's Barbershop Quartet. It is just two blocks off of Mills Ave, and about a mile or so from where we are now. But the area is much quieter and greener with trees and plants, and only blocks from a large waterfront park.
Calling all builders, painters and crafts people!
We need to transform the new building into a beautiful place of peace and a refuge from the ordinary, busy world. There is great good karma in working to create such a special place. Working for your Dharma Center is an act of giving to all living beings, and a tangible example of our collective wish for World Peace. Please consider volunteering by writing to Kevin Kinnally at:

The closing costs, permits, and putting in the required parking spaces has wiped us out financially. The new space needs renovation and any contribution you can make will be extremely helpful. And if you've been considering becoming a Center Sponsor, this is the perfect time to do so! However, no amount is too small and every penny you give will go directly to improving your new center.
