Guided Meditation for Everyone
Wednesdays at 7pm-8pm
Next meditation in Clermont is Wednesday, September 7
We are partnering with the City of Clermont Parks and Recreation Department to offer meditations in this facility. Participants must register in advance with the City; see instructions below.
Topics include meditations to reduce stress and anxiety, overcome anger and other painful states of mind and how to cultivate positive, constructive states of mind instead.
We can learn how to keep these positive attitudes with mindfulness while engaging in busy daily life. While each class is part of a series, anyone can drop in to attend any weekly class.
What to Expect
Each one hour class consists of a guided breathing meditation, a short teaching introducing a second meditation, then the second guided meditation and time for questions.
Everyone is welcome!
