The Teacher Training Program

Teacher Training Program is for those students who wish to become qualified Kadampa Buddhist Teachers.

Sunday evenings  6:00pm-8:00pm
Monday evenings 6:30pm-8:30pm

In Person study classes at Vajrapani Center
Online study classes via ZOOM

The join this study, you must have a basic grounding in Kadampa Buddhist view and have been coming along to classes for a period of time. Also, Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment, or the wish to receive HYT empowerment as soon as you are able, is also required to study on this program.

About our teacher:

Kadam Ricc Bishop is the Resident Teacher at Vajrapani Center. Kadam Ricc has been a disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 20 years. Venerable Geshe Kelsang assigned Ricc as a Resident Teacher in 2006 and he was granted the senior title of ‘Kadam” in 2010. Kadam Ricc has studied, practiced and taught others Kadampa Dharma for many years and takes delight in offering Buddha’s teaching as practical advice for a happy and meaningful life.
