A retreat is a chance to dedicate some time apart from the routine of our daily lives to deepen our experience of meditation. By setting aside a portion of a day and spending it in quiet peace of a meditation center, we can engage in focused study of a particular topic for a length of time that we might not be allowed otherwise.
Our retreats are fully guided with instructions about how to concentrate and find the experience of peace and happiness that arises from contemplating Buddha’s profound teachings. Each retreat includes time for quiet reflection and time for questions.

Life is too short to hold onto anger forever.
Saturday, August 29 at 10am to 12:30 pm
For most, it is impossible to go through our life without feeling harmed or insulted by others, or without judging ourself harshly for past mistakes.
In this morning retreat, we can let go of anger and resentment towards others and learn art of forgiving ourself. This will help us to enjoy more lightness and confidence, bringing harmony to our relationships and more meaning and peace to our life.
From time to time retreats are scheduled at our centers, varying in length from two days to two weeks. We also offer various retreats associated with the Teacher Training Program. All these are generally announced as upcoming events on our website or in our monthly newsletter and posted on the calendar. You can also contact us if you wish to know more in advance.
