Meditations in Daily Life

finding inner conditions for positive change

The five forces are sometimes referred to as the essence of Buddha’s teachings. These ‘five special conditions’ help us integrate daily life with our practice of meditation. If we gather these special inner conditions, then we will enjoy our meditation practice and become confident about its results.

Over this course, we will learn about each of the five forces and how to apply them to our meditation practice.  Then we can use our own dharma understanding to transform everything in daily life—no matter what happens.

We welcome you to join the class any Sunday. Please register 24 hours in advance to join the live stream.
