Tuesdays 7:30-9:00pm
Continuing on from the Four Noble Truths, these classes explain practical examples of how to improve our daily interactions, how to reduce conflict using various methods and reasoning, and how to identify and resolve our inner problems as well. By understanding Buddha’s teachings we can find a deep insight into the actual nature of our problems and how to see past them. These are the most essential teachings for a happy now and a happy later.
