Tuesdays at 7:30pm-9pm

Mirror of Dharma

These meditations help us solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance, and learn how to make our human life meaningful.

This includes how to engage successfully in daily meditation, and instructions that clarify important aspects of spiritual practice.

We welcome you to join the class any Tuesday.

What to Expect

Classes are 1.5 hours and include two guided meditations, a talk on Buddhism for everyday living, and time for Q&A. Although classes are part series, each class is stand alone.

Our meditation classes are by donation, however no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. The requested donation is 10 ($5 for Students and Limited Income). Free for Center Supporters.

Everyone is welcome!
