All the problems and difficulties that we experience in our daily life arise from our negative karma. In each session of this retreat you will receive purifying blessings from Buddha Vajrasattva.
Purifying negative karma is a swift path to happiness!
This is a fully guided and very blissful meditation with a powerful purification mantra.
Between Sessions we can socialize over tea or coffee (our espressos are excellent), have a bit to eat, and also do some cleaning of our precious center. Cleaning is a great way to enhance your purification practice!
Session times:
Session 1: 9:00-9:45am
Session 2: 10:30-11:15am
Session 3: 12:00pm-12:45pm
Session 4: 2:00pm-3:00pm
